Visit of a delegation from the Production Engineering and Metallurgy Department, South Baghdad Thermal Power Station

On Tuesday 29/3/2022, a number of teachers and students of the Production Engineering and Metallurgy Department at the University of Technology made a scientific visit to the South Baghdad Thermal Power Station, where the visit took place under the supervision and follow-up of the station’s director, Engineer Ali Abdel Moneim. During this visit, a group of laboratory equipment important in the examination and selection of materials in the Engineering Examination Division was reviewed. The visit also included reviewing the work of the turbine department, in addition to a visit to the Engineering Support Department / The laboratory division, in which a number of important engineering devices and equipment, turning and milling machines, and welding machines of various metals were reviewed.
